AFIS is an organization
AFIS is an organization founded by its members with the idea of creating an equal, sustainable and inclusive society in Austria and beyond. Our members, all of whom have great experience, expertise and enthusiasm in working in various sectors, including arts, I.T sector, education and finance, aimed to combine their experiences for creating a better society for all individuals, regardless of their backgrounds.
The mission of the AFIS is to foster inclusive societies by actively empowering individuals—particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds including youth, adults, migrants, and persons with disabilities—through innovative education, integrative practices, and meaningful participation in social, economic, and democratic processes. AFIS achieves this by designing and delivering tailored educational projects, providing essential skills and career guidance, and advocating for equality and inclusion at local, national, and international levels.

Arzu Tosayeva
Arzu is our technical financial manager, with a keen interest in social and rural development issues, which is why she decided to be one of the co-founders of AFIS. She is also interested in ecological practices in slow-fashion, and reducing carbon footprint is fashion industry.
Rashad Aliyev
The I.T. professional of our team. He is experienced in digital game development, learning system management (LMS) design tailored for educational needs and purposes, as well as creating mobile applications for educational purposes. He is also a part-time traveler and an anthropology enthusiast.
Frederica Bauer
Art director of AFIS, with a profound expertise in post-production and creation of creative videos tailored for educational needs. She is currently a student of Warsaw Film School and she was awarded with various national and international awards in film and television studies.
Ana Kabzinadze
Our communications director. She has worked with various international organizations in the field of rural development, where she gained vast experience in the field of strategic communications for international consortium management. She is also interested in photography and hiking.
Atilla Uysal
AFIS’s co-founder, and managing director. He is experienced in project development and management, as well as a side-career in voice engineering. He has been part of various companies in project management, while also developing his own mix of voice and songs, with a Youtube channel for entertainment, being followed by over 1000 voice enthusiasts.
